Lions and Tigers and Bears...Oh My!
Come join the fun with your entire family (or come solo - it doesn't matter) at this inaugural Women's Group family event. Enjoy a Saturday morning at one of the city's greatest attractions while getting to know your TMA colleagues and their family. A casual itinerary has been developed for all to do a few activities together (arrive when you can) and there is no charge to attend! This is simply a great opportunity to enjoy a world class zoo in a world class city with your friends from the TMA. Between the scheduled events, attendees and families can walk around the zoo together or go off on your own.
10:30 a.m. Meet at the carousel (carousel rides for the kids - compliments of TMA)
11:00 a.m. Meet an Animal Program (at the Snakes, Bats, & Wallaby Exhibit)
From nose to tail, scales to fur, the zoo's ambassadors connect you to the natural world
11:30 a.m. Lunch at the Park Place Cafe (cost of lunch is on your own)
1:00 p.m. Red Wolves Howling Back Program (at the Bears, Otters & Wolves Exhibit)
Learn how Lincoln Park Zoo is helping this critically endangered species howl back from the brink of extinction
